Reflection Journals
Reflection Journals serve as a valuable tool for capturing and processing the multitude of experiences encountered during the shadowing week. These journals provide a structured avenue for participants to contemplate various aspects of their week-long journey, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences, challenges, and personal growth. The purpose of these journals goes beyond documenting events; they encourage individuals to reflect on the nuances of their experiences, fostering self-awareness and promoting meaningful learning. The beauty of reflection journals is their flexibility; they can be recorded in any preferred form, whether through writing, audio recordings, or even visual representations, making the process accessible and adaptable to individual preferences.
