We are currently recruiting host schools/mentors for our Leaders Like Us programme. Please read the flier below to find out what this entails. We are grateful for the invaluable time and guidance that mentors are generously offering to our Leaders Like Us participants. Your mentorship plays a vital role in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow, and we are truly grateful for your dedication and support.
In order to ensure a well-rounded mentoring experience for both mentors and mentees, we ask mentors to:
- attend three mentor coaching sessions, each spanning two hours, with CEFEL
- a check-in session with mentees per half-term, fostering ongoing communication and progress
- host a shadowing week, providing an immersive experience that enhances the mentees' understanding and development
Your commitment to this comprehensive mentoring approach will undoubtedly have a profound and lasting impact on our aspiring leaders.
