Coaching on-demand is available for Leaders Like Us participants who may require extra support with preparing for a senior leadership role job interview.

The coaching on-demand support is given in addition to having a mentor. This is an optional service.

The coaching on-demand service provides a 45- 60 minutes pre-interview coaching session and a 30-minute post-interview coaching session with one of our on-demand coaches.

To access coaching on-demand support, please email any of the Leaders Like Us Team (Simon, Bola-Alysia or Elizabeth) stating your interview date, the name of the school you are applying to, and the role you are applying for. Please also attach the job description and your personal statement (this is optional) to the email to help us better support you.

Lastly, please tell us your availability for coaching.
