You may know that the Church of England is a provider of high-quality values-led National Professional Qualifications, but I wanted to share some exciting news with you. Did you know that the DFE will now pay primary schools with between 1-150 pupils £800 per member of staff participating in an NPQ?

    Additionally, I wanted to let you know that the Church of England offers two routes to access our suite of fully funded DFE accredited qualifications for school leaders and teachers, both of which involve coaching.

    Our NPQStandard route is our most popular option. Participants studying on this route have the flexibility of mostly online sessions, complemented by valuable face-to-face sessions with a local delivery partner.     If you are part of a small school, our NPQSmall is specifically designed with you in mind. The delivery is fully virtual, allowing you to choose when to attend some of the sessions. The content includes case studies and examples from small schools to support your development as a leader in this unique context.     Both routes offer six National Professional Qualifications, including Headship, Executive Leadership, Senior Leadership, Leading Behaviour and Culture, Leading Teaching, Leading Teacher Development, and Early Headship Coaching Offer.

    Exciting NPQ Opportunities this Spring Term - Fully Funded Programs!

    Dear colleague,

    I am currently completing a National Professional Qualification (NPQ) with the Church of England Education Office (CofE) and I just wanted to share with you some of the opportunities they have coming up the Autumn of 2023.

    Starting this Autumn, the Church of England will be hosting 6 FULLY FUNDED NPQ Programmes;

    1. 4 leadership NPQs in Senior Leadership, Headship,Executive Leadership,Early Years Leadership
    2. 4 specialist NPQs in; Leading Behaviour and Culture , Leading Teaching, Leading Teacher Development,Leading Literacy
    3. The Early Headship Coaching Offer for headteachers in their first 5 years of Headship which provides structured unassessed support based on the best available evidence about what makes an effective headteacher.
