Q. I am not a Lead Contact and when I log into Salesforce, I cannot see courses/course offerings

Unfortunately, any Delivery Partner contact who is not a ‘Lead Contract’ will have a different set of permissions on the NPQ portal due to Salesforce license types. This is something we’re working to amend in the imminent future so that navigating to the courses and course offerings is easier.

For the moment, you can navigate to the course offerings by clicking on the region hyperlink on the ‘All Applications’ view and selecting related. If you scroll down, it will show you all of the course offerings associated with your region, clicking on one of these course offerings will then enable that course offering to appear in your recently viewed list view on the ‘Course Offerings’ tab along the top. The course information can be found on the course offering you have selected (this is also a hyperlink). Clicking on these will then enable the course to appear in your recently viewed courses on the ‘Courses’ tab along the top.
