Social media is a great way to reach potential NPQ applicants and also maintain engagement with existing supporters. Various social media platforms can provide an informal and spontaneous way to do this.

The four main platforms that we have seen our delivery partners are listed below. Our content is able to be repurposed for all the below.
This is still the largest platform. It allows you add images, Like, comment and share to others. You can run Facebook ads – paid posts / promotions and reach a particular audience, area or consumer type.
This is a photo and video sharing platform for mobile. You can create a post with the image or video and use the hashtag to enable others to easily find it. This platform is great for creating shareable content that is compelling.
This is an online news and social networking site where people communicate in short messages called tweets. Tweeting is posting short messages for anyone who follows you on Twitter.
This platform allows you to connect with other businesses and ‘connections’ (people). This platform is mainly for job hunting. In our education space, teachers may be on the platform for networking purposes.
